Versapak believes in ethical manufacturing and reusable products

Versapak is committed to managing the impacts our actions have on the environment and we have designed the Versapak Sustainability strategy that identifies, monitors and improves on how we can affect how we encourage sustainability improvements with our customers, how we implement initiatives with suppliers and how we conduct ourselves internally. Our Vision is to "Consider everything we do in business protects our world and ensures a future for us all!” and in doing so, heal, grow and prosper.

Why not Recycle Your Seals?

One such activity to this end, in the form of a 'Recycle Your Seals' campaign. Our bags may last of 2,000 times but a single-use seal is exactly what is is, single-use and once used, it is typically discarded. Single-Use will come under heavy legislation and we pride ourselves on the fact we are striving ahead with recycling plans already.

Well, that's no longer the case. Now you can join the Versapak 'Recycle Your Seals' scheme and send back your used security seals so they can be recycled and turned into useful items such as rulers and cups for local schools and communities.

Recycle Your Seals' campaign is a participation programme. Terms & Conditions apply.

Its simple, just let us know you want to participate and we'll send you a free collecting bag with freepost address. Once we have received your seals we will return the bag. Its easy to take part and its one more step to helping the environment, thanks to the 'Versapak Sustainability Initiatives'. We have a complete strategy to be more environmentally conscious of what we make and what we do.

Our products, services, suppliers and company operations are maximising reusability and efficiency on a daily basis. From the recycling of wasted injection moulded parts in the factory, to encouraging and rewarding the return of the used ‘single use’ plastics for re-introduction into the manufacturing process. We carefully measure the consumption of raw materials and work hard to improve output, whilst ensuring our suppliers are also responsible in their part of the supply-chain process.

Our strategy is formed of three principles

  • Reuse
  • Reduce
  • Recycle

Naturally less wasteful

Versapak makes bags that can be used at least 2,000 times; we are passionate about making quality products that last. We guarantee all of our bags for at least five years, and we have customers who have been using the same bags for decades.

Good Work

As a manufacturer, we believe it is crucial to be bold and show true intention to improve especially when it comes to impacting the environment. We recently conducted an Energy Savings and Efficiency report in our UK headquarters that gave us a carbon footprint. It also identified that we could make a substantial energy and cost savings by replacing existing lighting with new technology, energy saving LED bulbs. This is one of many of the ‘Versapak Sustainability Initiatives’ benefiting our organisation, for the future of all businesses.

Royal Seal of Approval

Any British company would be proud to boast a Royal Warrant, but to Versapak, it is more than just a seal of approval. We know that this is something we need to work for, and so we consistently strive to meet quality, environmental and welfare standards. The Royal Warrant is a guarantee of extra scrutiny of our products and our processes.

We are Versapak International Ltd and we help businesses store and transport documents and sensitive items. Our reusable and tamper evident bags, cash bags and varied use security seals are used by leading companies in many industries throughout the world.
