Versapak appoints Caroline Atkinson as Group Managing Director
The Versapak board of Directors are delighted to announce that Caroline Atkinson is promoted to Versapak Group Managing Director effective from 1st September 2019.
Caroline has worked in a number of Investment banks over the last 20 years, from her start as a junior IT developer at Nomura, progressing to her last role as the head of Business Change for Mizuho. Caroline joins the group in a full time capacity and brings a wealth of knowledge and business experience from the corporate world that will further support Versapak’s position as the number one brand of tamper evident re-usable and recycled products and solutions.
Caroline will be setting and managing Versapak Group’s strategy focusing on achieving growth in both domestic and worldwide markets as well as ensuring there is a strong focus on the Versapak values of sustainability, quality and innovation.
Ian Denny Anderson, Chairman of the Versapak Group Ltd stated: “Caroline has been a Versapak board director for many years and has been very involved in many Versapak matters during that time, alongside her full time career in Finance. Having “grown up” with Versapak, I’m sure this transition will be a familiar one.
