Adapting Existing Versapak Products

The alternative to a completely bespoke product is the customisation of our standard tamper evident range.  You will find all our standard products in the Security and Medical sections, choose a product that closely matches your requirements and select "Enquire Now".

Possible modifications to existing products are listed below:-

Colour

Our standard range of products are available in the most popular colours, red, blue and green. If you don’t see the colour that you want please contact us with your requirements.

Overprinting

A block, single colour print might not work for you.  Maybe you are looking for a striped or chequered design, or that you require your company logo to be printed on to the product.  If this is the case then ask us about our overprinting options.

Locking Mechanism

Most of our standard bags are fitted with the Versapak locking mechanism for use with our Versapak Security Seals. The patented Versapak T2 Seal is our premium security seal and we recommend the T2 above all other sealing systems.  Other locking chambers are available upon request.

Gusset

Some of our standard products have a gusset and we typically make these from the same colour material as the rest of the pouch. If your branding or identification requirements need a different colour gusset, we can customise this for you. 

Piping

Piping can be used to enhance the appearance of a bag and can also help sewn products to retain their shape.  It is important to note that piping is not designed to strengthen the pouch or holdall as our standard stitching is very strong. 

Zipper

We provide a variety of zip fastenings and our double zip security makes your bag stronger and more secure.

Window

You can choose to have no windows, add extra windows, add in easy-change windows or simply customise existing windows to fully meet your needs.
