Printing can serve a plethora of purposes. Whether your bag is for a specific job and needs to be labelled as such; if instructions need to be added to ensure ease of use; or if you simply wish to add your logo and strengthen your company’s image.
All printing needs can be fulfilled during the manufacturing process. We can also use this method to add layers of colour to almost any item, be it bespoke or standard.
Our Overprinting Techniques
Versapak use a wide range of printing techniques, meaning that we can allow for any design to be catered to. For instance, we use a stelographic transfer process for printing directly onto bags, and a tampographic (pad printing) process for achieving the same results on less even surfaces. For plastic components such as security seals, we have the option of using laser printing, hot foil, and inkjet printing - these are all capable of sequential printing, so seals and bags can be individually numbered.
We can also use manual and automatic forms of 4-colour screen printing, as well as high-quality digital printing, which can be applied to individual canvas, polyester, and PVC products at 1200dpi. With such a wide range of printing options readily available to us, we can choose the best method for any job and adapt accordingly to large and small runs, even accommodating variable data.
If you wish to add custom artwork or logos to your items, you have only to provide us with the relevant image and we will be happy to include this in your design.
We charge a £35 set up fee. Each colour will be £0.49 per colour, per bag.
