What are your opening hours?

09:00 - 17:30 Monday to Friday.

How many times can I use my bag?

All bags manufactured by Versapak can be used over 2,000 times and come with a 5 year guarantee.

How should I clean my Versapak pouches and holdalls?

The material used in the construction of all Versapak Pouches and Holdalls is suitable for cleaning with any commercially available detergent and is also suitable for cleaning with antiseptic cleaning fluids and wipes. The use of solvents is not recommended for cleaning as this can remove any print on the bag. Although in most instances the use of a solvent based cleaner will not damage the bag material. However, it is advisable to test the solvent on a small area of the bag.

Custom Bags

Can I design my own bag or add my company name to an existing bag?

We can make any bag - whether we customise one of our existing bags or design something brand new. Please see our Custom Bag Section for more information.

Can I add my company logo to one of your bags?

We can overprint all of our bags with the logo of your choice. Please see our Custom Bag Section for more information.

Do you charge for overprinting?

Yes, we charge a set up fee. Additional costs apply to printed colours, the first colour is free and each additional colour will be chargeable. Please contact us for more information.

Security Seals

Which security seal should I use?

Versapak recommend the T2 Security Seal. We do have 3 other types of locking system and seals available - the Versapak T Seal, Versapak Button Seal and the Versapak Arrow Seal. Click here to find out more.

Can I customise Security Seals?

Our stock security seals are either plain or numbered but we can add barcodes, QR codes and personalisation.

Are your Security Seals manufactured in the UK?

Versapak manufacture T2, T, Button, Arrow and VersaLite+ Seals at their UK headquarters.

Can I recycle my Security Seals?

Yes you can! Versapak Security Seals can be recycled in the same way as any other recyclable waste. We also operate a Recycle your Seals Scheme where we take back used Versapak Security Seals and grind them down to make new ones. Contact us to find out more.

Are your Security Seals made from recycled plastic?

How do I create an account?

Next to the search bar at the top of the page, you will find a small icon 'My Account'. Once you have clicked this option, on the right you will see a button to 'Create an Account'. Follow the steps to complete. If you have any problems please contact us.

Do I need to login to place an order?

No, you can place an order as a guest. After the order is placed, the website will give you an opportunity to set a password and create an account.

What happens if I forget my password?

Click on the 'My Account' button at the top of the page. You will then see a 'Forgot Password' link or click Forgot Password. Input the email you used to set the account up with and a password reset link will be emailed to you.

How do I change my address details?

Click here to log in to your account and be directed to the 'Address Book' or click the 'My Account' button at the top of the page. Go to the 'Address Book' and input your new address details. Finish with the 'Save Address' button.

Can I place an order via telephone?

Yes, we do take orders over the phone. Please call us on +44 (0)20 8333 5300 and one of our sales team will be more than happy to assist you.

How will my order be delivered?

Your order will be delivered via post or courier depending on the size.

Can I collect my order?

If you would like to collect your order, please call us on +44 (0)20 8333 5300 and we can arrange collection.

What is your minimum order quantity?

Each product has a different minimum order quantity. Please check the individual product page for clarification.

Can I return an item if I am unhappy with it?

We will accept the return of standard, unused items. Printed or bespoke bag designs cannot be returned unless faulty. Please see our Terms and Conditions page for more information.

What happens if I forget my order number?

If you have an account, please login to view your order number. If you don't have an account please call us on +44 (0)20 8333 5300.

What happens to my order if my internet connection is suddenly lost?

If this happens, provided you were logged in at the time, your items will still be in your shopping basket when you return to the site. If you have any problems with an order please contact us.

What are your payment options?

We accept payment by Paypal, Visa, Mastercard and Amex. For those mobile users, we also accept Google Pay and Apple Pay.

Can I order items from you and pay for them later?

How do I get an invoice for my order?

You will automatically be issued with an invoice when you have placed an order that includes VAT.

How can I get a VAT receipt?

You will automatically be issued with an invoice when you have placed an order that includes VAT.

Is the online payment system secure?

All transactions go through Stripe, a company that is trusted by millions of organisations worldwide for online purchasing. Versapak does do not hold any of your card information, your payment is processed through Stripe's online system which is encrypted and secure.



When will my order be delivered?

If you have ordered a stock item, your order will be with you in 1-3 days. For items that are not held in stock, or that are a customised design, the delivery time will be approximately 4-6 weeks. This can fluctuate depending on our workload. For more information please see the individual product page or contact us and we can give you a more accurate timescale.

What is your delivery charge?

Our standard delivery charge starts from £9.95, however this will depend on the size of your order and your delivery destination. Please see our Delivery & Returns page for more information.
