We work with a wide range of clients across various industries. Here are just a few examples of organisations that put Versapak products to good use:
Meet our customers
As with many of our retail clients, Next uses our bags for a range of internal needs. Their lorry fleet uses simple but effective bags for paperwork collation and security. HR and Finance use secure document wallets to transfer paperwork, such as payslips and credit card data, between head office and regional stores. Plus, Next use our bags as welcome packs for new surfers.
Royal Mail are one of our earliest and longest standing clients. We have had the pleasure of working with them for much of the last four decades, supplying them with well over 5 million bags during that time. The consistent high quality of our product and service has been recognised by over 20 supplier awards during the course of our relationship.
A good example of where we have put our customer problem solving hat on is in our relationship with EE. Having come to us with a problem, EE were delighted when we developed a more suitable solution for the safe transfer of their customers’ valuable tablets and smartphones. They were even more impressed when they found out that our solution was much cheaper than their initial request.
Royal Bank of Scotland
RBS are another long-term customer of Versapak and we help them by producing a range of our standard cash and document bags in bespoke colours and patterns for easy identification. We also trouble shoot problem areas for them, namely the transportation of sensitive information and valuables. This typically results in us creating high specification polythene security envelopes and bespoke reusable Versapaks that fully meet their needs.
To date we have worked with nearly 200 different NHS organisations across the UK. We work with many different medical specialities and estate functions supplying a range of products. For example, we assist pathology and mortuary departments with the safe transfer of human tissue and medical specimens. We also aid pharmacies by manufacturing products that efficiently transfer controlled drugs and medicines. Furthermore, we ensure that the NHS can securely transfer patient records by producing a range of user-friendly medical records bags.
The Queen (aka The Royal Palaces)
Even the Queen buys our bags, well the Royal Palaces anyway. We supply a range of our cash bags to the retail outlets at Royal properties including Windsor Castle, Buckingham Palace and Holyroodhouse. These properties also use our document wallets and seals to ensure that sensitive paperwork is kept safe and secure.
London's Air Ambulance
The availability of medicines and blood supplies is critical to the successful operation of the London Air Ambulance; therefore our UN3373 certified bags are essential to the team. The bags are padded, tamper evident and thermally insulated to ensure that their sensitive contents are protected from drops, shocks and extremes temperatures.
Marks and Spencer
M&S use a range of our products in both their distribution centres and the M&S Money division. Our range of secure bags is used to transfer cheques, financial applications and account statements around the M&S estate and to third party suppliers. The bags are personalised and then secured using our Versapak button seal locking systems.
For the team at Virgin Atlantic’s Cargo division, having their paperwork in order is of critical importance. With their customers relying on them to shift huge volumes of goods in a safe and secure manner they can’t afford mistakes with transport documents. Not only this, the security implications of missing or counterfeit paperwork is unthinkable. Versapak helps to keep their system working by supplying secure holdalls. Making them as a bespoke item with a printed logo and a tamper evident lock ensures the security of the documents.
