The event took place on the 26th and 27th April 2022 at the National Conference Centre in Birmingham and was attended by 500 senior healthcare officials.
It was a mix of seminars and workshops covering all aspects of Infection Prevention such as Antimicrobial Resistance, lessons learnt from the COVID19 pandemic, outbreak management, improving hand hygiene (and auditing procedures) and Infection Prevention Best Practice.
At the end of day one there was a prestigious Gala Dinner to recognise some of the many individuals who have performed heroics in the last 2 very challenging years.
After being postponed numerous times due to the pandemic, this event was important for the NHS, and we were very proud to attend. We are constantly improving our medical carriers to ensure that they meet very stringent medical standards and we are pleased to say that they were very well received!
