» Despatch & Warehouse Shift Supervisor
We are currently seeking a Despatch & Warehouse Shift Supervisor. You will be responsible for the efficient and safe despatch of a range of products, as well as throughput and storage of these goods, and the supervision of a small team of operatives. Staff management, administrative, and computer experience would be an advantage, as well as a "hands on" approach. Fork lift truck certification would also help, although the necessary truck training will be arranged.
Hours should be flexible, (no night work) with shifts working between 7.00am and 7.00pm approx. Salary negotiable.

» Group Buyer
We are looking to recruit a high calibre person with extensive relevant experience. The successful applicant will be considered for a board position once they have a proven track record at The Versapak Group.
The successful applicant will be required to cover all aspects of purchasing and stock control for the six companies in the Versapak Group, and will report directly to the board.
The Group Buyer will help us achieve our targets for growth by ensuring our raw materials and bought-in products are of the highest quality and are purchased at the best possible price. As well as the purchasing of materials, plant and equipment, the successful applicant will take responsibility for insurance renewals, utilities, and any other areas where savings can be made.
The successful application will be able to demonstrate years of relevant experience and have a proven track record of successfully managing the purchasing and stock control functions within a manufacturing or distribution environment.
We are looking to recruit a dynamic "can-do" person with an efficient work ethic and the ability and willingness to take on new challenges.
Good to excellent IT skills are essential, including all the usual Microsoft Office applications especially Excel. Experience of Navision would be desirable but not essential. You must also have good attention to detail.
